Anthony Celini (CAB Inc.): “Case Study: FileMaker’s ROI for Oncology Services International”
____________________________________________________________________
At the June meeting we will feature Anthony Celini of CAB Inc. Anthony will discuss and demonstrate a very successful implementation of a FileMaker based financial system for a fast growing Medical Imaging company.
In particular Anthony will discuss:
1. The business justification for choosing FileMaker as the platform.
2. The Return on Investment for this system.
3. The technical development process involved in building this type of solution and offer his expertise in approaching this type of project.
Anthony’s solution features an integration of a pre-existing FileMaker CRM System with New Millenium’s Genesis Accounting System and World Sync’s SyncDek Product.

There will be a heavy emphasis on the rigorous financial analysis that led up to and justified the investment in this project.
Additionally, we will discuss the specific financial impacts that the flexibility of using FileMaker has had on the company.
We will discuss:
1. The reduction in the billing cycle and its financial impact
2. The reduction in the account receivable older than 90 days and its financial impact.
3. The ability to calculate and report on dynamic accounting data.
4. The business impact of scaling a business from $8M to >$24M in sales without adding any additional administrative staff.
And more!
Those of you who are not familiar with Genesis or SyncDek are encouraged to come learn about what these amazing packages can do for your existing and future FileMaker solutions. Genesis is a full function accounting package built in FileMaker that can be directly integrated into an existing FileMaker solution. SyncDek offers FileMaker database synchronization to other FileMaker solutions without a “live” connection between the two.

Introducing: The Inspiration Bar – Sit down with an expert for advice/troubleshooting
____________________________________________________________________
After the main presentation, during the meet, greet and eat portion of the evening, two seasoned developers will make themselves – and their laptops – available to answer any questions members might have, technical and otherwise. This is an excellent opportunity to pick the brains of FileMaker talent and help you move forward with your own projects!
This month our experts-at-your-disposal are:
Jason Mundok (IT Solutions Consulting: http://www.itsolutions-inc.com/)
Dan Stein (Digital Software Solutions: http://www.dss-db.com/)
We’re anticipating this feature of the evening to span about 15 minutes; longer if the developers agree. We’ll be rotating talent from meeting to meeting.
As always, pizza and soft drinks will be provided.
Please RSVP here if you are planning to attend this meeting:
